Collaborated with business partner Robert A. McIntosh primarily on residential land development projects. We specialized in the acquisition of raw land, the pursuit and attainment of rezoning, governmental development permits, and ultimately the construction of the necessary water, sewer, roadway, and drainage infrastructure systems. After the construction phase was complete, we sold the finished building lots to traditional home building companies. We completed multi-million dollar lot sales to public companies such as U.S. Home Corporation, Ryan Homes, Inc., Levitt Homes Corporation, M.I. Homes Corporation, and Pulte Home Corporation. Sales to these builders totaled approximately 1,275 lots in five different communities. Since then we've diversified into commercial real estate, mobile home parks, and self-storage facilities. Our most recent group of properties before selling to Public Storage in 2013 were located in the cities listed below: In Florida: Boca Raton, Bradenton, Clearwater, Ft. Myers, Kissimmee, Lantana, New Port Richey, North Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, West Palm Beach, Ocala, Orlando, Tampa, Vero Beach and Port Richey, FL In Ontario, Canada: Aurora, Barrie, Bolton, Keswick, and Newmarket.
